Breakfast in Space is a multidisciplinary creative practice working across photography, music production, and visual art. This gallery collects work made in the margins — images, sounds, and objects that exist somewhere between intention and chance, between the studio and the world outside it.

The work gathered here resists easy categorization. Photography bleeds into visual art; studio process becomes its own kind of document. What connects it is an attention to the texture of experience — the way light behaves in a room, the way silence carries weight, the way material pushes back.

"The image doesn't try to explain itself. It asks only to be looked at."

Photography

The work begins with attention — a sustained looking at things that are already there. Each photograph is made with available light and minimal intervention. The grain is left. The blur stays. What matters is the quality of presence, not the perfection of the image.

Most of these were made slowly, in between other things. Not commissions. Not assignments. Just looking.

Music

The recordings happen in solitude. The room becomes the instrument; silence, the score. What ends up on a release is the residue of that process — decisions made in the small hours, in a space that didn't ask for explanation.

Studio documentation is kept as part of the record. The process and the product aren't separate.

Visual Art

The studio work resists easy categorization. Oil, ink, found paper — materials that carry their own histories. The process is slow, and mostly private. What gets shown is whatever survives contact with the surface.

Some of the work exists only as documentation. The object is gone. The photograph is what remains.
